My design process starts with getting to know your organization’s mission, goals, and the impact you’re working to make.

From there, I dive into research and collaborate closely with your team to develop custom solutions for branding, marketing, and web design. The process is highly collaborative, ensuring your values and vision are fully reflected in the final result.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Smaller projects may take 1-2 weeks, while larger pieces like event design and annual reports can take a few months.

Once we discuss your goals and I understand the full scope, I’ll provide a detailed timeline so you know what to expect at each stage.

  • I’ll need a signed contract, your initial deposit, and any relevant materials you have—such as brand assets, organization’s mission and values, copy, photos, or inspiration.

We’ll also start with a kick-off call to align on goals, audience, and project vision.

  • Whether you have a rough draft, existing brand elements, or just a clear vision, I’m happy to work with what you have.

We’ll review your materials together to see what’s working, what might need refining, and how to build from there.

My goal is to support your ideas and help shape them into something clear and effective.

  • All projects begin with a simple contract that outlines the scope, timeline, and terms. A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to hold your spot.

Some smaller projects may be billed on an hourly basis.

I accept payments via ACH, credit card, PayPal.

  • I always aim to keep costs down by using brand photography you provide or sourcing images from free, commercially licensed stock websites.

If a specific image needs to be purchased, I’ll walk you through the licensing process and help find the best option for your needs.

  • All changes after a project is closed will be considered a new project and can be billed hourly.

  • I’m able to offer pro bono work to one client at a time. Please reach out if you’re interested in being considered.
